Apple is a good source of soluble fiber that helps prevent heart disease. Give one apple to the baby and say: This apple is cool! It isn’t cold because it was on the table, so it has the kitchen’s temperature! Now, give him the second apple and say: Cold! This apple is cold! Do you know why, baby? Because this apple was in the fridge where the temperature is higher than the kitchen’s temperature, so this apple is colder than the previous one! This apple is red. Look at the color, red! Red is a warm and positive color associated with our will to survive! If you favor the personality color red you have a passion and enthusiasm for life and are not afraid to pursue your dreams. Peel the orange, remove the skin and cut it in slices (don’t forget to remove the seeds found in the orange) and put them in a bowl. Then, cut the apple into small cubes and put them in another bowl.
